What Are Burn Buddies?

Handcrafted, cotton pouches that contain a beeswax cube, salts, and herbs specific to your meditation goals. Each Burn Buddy comes with a character card featuring one of the Seven Deadly Sins or Seven Heavenly Virtues. Light the character card to begin your 10-15 minute fire meditation ritual as you focus on releasing negative patterns or drawing in positive qualities.

Each character represents different aspects of human nature. Read the character card, hold the pouch while setting your intention, then light the character tag to begin the transformative ritual as you watch the imagery and pouch burn.
